有时候运行phpmyadmin时会遇到这样问题！解决方法两种，如果这两种都解决不了你的问题，你干脆重装！
问题1：

问题1解决 ：
把C:\WINDOWS\TEMP 这个文件夹权限 加上everyone权限
然后在打开网页试一下，你马上就能在文件夹下看到这个文件“sess_0cc9095f59d0c249da49b3885e4f9608”
问题2：
